With our Headquarter based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, we work in close cooperation with our Clients in Brazil, Europe or in North America, analyzing and executing their strategic objectives in Brazil.

We mainly focus on mid-cap companies with an annual turnover ranging from USD 2 million to USD 150 million. Our clients are generally shareholders or parent companies up to 500 USD million who are looking to sell their business, raise funds, change or re-assess their business models, portfolio or strategic positioning. Organizations impacted by technological shifts or driven by transformational and disruptive technologies modeling or affecting their business operations, growth and success.

Many are shareholders or management teams whose goal is to sell their business or some of their assets.
