Our Partners have over 25 years each of investment, M&A, Private Equity and hands-on experience in operating and managing technology companies, ventures and established businesses in Europe, USA and Brazil.
Leveraging deep technology domain and industry expertise, we build and execute customized high-impact M&A and strategic advisory services for the individualized needs of each of our clients. Together with our in-depth knowledge of the local brazilian market, we team with our clients to develop taylor-made growth strategies, investment or divestment theses.

Olivier Faucher
Founder and General Partner
Olivier has over 25 years of professional experience in Strategy, Corporate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions practices. Prior to founding IP² he was VP of International Business Development at Thales Brazil leading strategic alliances and Joint Ventures, including major Joint Ventures between Thales, a $19 billion high technology European group and Andrade Gutierrez, a $20 billlion private Brazilian multinational conglomerate. From 2007 to 2010 he was head of european Profit & Loss companies at Thales turning-around failing businesses implementing growth strategy and leading M&A transactions. He began his career at Pelletier & Associates in Mexico in 1996, following which he joined the BNP Paribas Financial Analysis & Credit Risk Assessment Department in Paris. He then joined Renault do Brazil in 1998 where he acted as advisor to the Senior VP Mercosul, President & CEO Renault do Brasil, working on the structuration of the $1.35 billion investment transaction for the Ayrton Senna industrial complex with Brazilian state of Parana. From 2000 to 2005 he served has head of Corporate Development & Strategy of several IT&C mid sized companies and 2 divisions of more than $1 billion at Thales, were he led M&A and portfolio management extensively in high growth and diversified market segments. Over his career, Olivier led origination and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions globally and also acted as board member of operating companies. Olivier has an Executive MBA from INSEAD and a Master in Technology & Management at Ecole Centrale Paris and is graduated from ESC Rouen Business School.
